Our 2026 Pre-Order Pick-up and Day-of-Sale Plants will be available from
Friday, April 24th through Sunday, April 26th
Goshen Fairgrounds (116 Old Middle St, Goshen, CT)

The Pre-Order Plant Store will close Wednesday, April 15th at 11:59 PM.
Due to limited stock, the pre-order deadline will not be extended.

Pre-Orders

Preorders will be available for pick-up at scheduled times again this year.

You will choose your pick-up time at checkout.
Pick-up times are scheduled from 9-4 PM at 30-minute intervals during the plant sale.
For pickup, bring the invoice you will receive via email (either printed or on your phone).
Go to the barn on your right, find a staff member or volunteer, and they will get your order for you.
We also accept paper orders (with a check) mailed to our district address. The order form can be found in our Spring 2026 newsletter here.
NOTE: Because our sale is held in the early spring, weather uncertainties and producer availability cannot be guaranteed 100%. There is a small chance some plants may be unavailable by the date of the sale. If a plant in your order becomes unavailable, you will be contacted and offered a substitute, credit, or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Day-of-Sale

In addition, there will be a selection of perennials and shrubs available for day-of-sale purchase whether you have pre-ordered or not. We cannot guarantee plants in our pre-order store will not be available for additional purchase on-site. A preview list of these plants will be posted closer to the sale.
