The Pre-Order Plant Store will close Wednesday, April 15th at 11:59 PM ET
Due to limited stock, the pre-order deadline will not be extended.

Pre-Order Process
Submitting Your Preorder
- Pre-Orders can be made through our Pre-Order Plant Store by scrolling down this page.
- We also accept paper Pre-Orders (with a check) mailed to our district address. Find the order form in our Spring 2026 Newsletter.
Picking up your Preorder
Preorders will be available for pick-up at scheduled times again this year.
- You will choose your pick-up time at checkout.
- Pick-up times are scheduled from 9-4 PM at 30-minute intervals during the plant sale.
For pickup,
- Bring the invoice you will receive via email (either printed or on your phone).
- Head to the barn on your right, find a staff member or volunteer, and they will get your order for you.
Note:
Because our sale is held in the early spring, it is not 100% guaranteed that the plants ordered will be available by the plant sale weekend. There is a small chance some plants may be unavailable due to weather uncertainties and producer availability. If a plant in your order becomes unavailable, you will be contacted and offered a substitute, credit, or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Day-of-Sale Selection
NWCD will have a selection of perennials and shrubs available for Day-of-Sale purchase whether you have pre-ordered or not. We cannot guarantee plants in our pre-order store will not be available for additional purchase on-site.
